Guest feedback about Braeside Bed and Breakfast

Dear Portfolio Team,
We recently stayed at the Braeside B&B in Green Point, Cape Town, after finding it in your Bed and Breakfast edition. We had visitors from England who had come over to celebrate my partner's 50th birthday, and as we needed seven bedrooms between us I wrote to the Braeside and various other establishments in your collection to check on availability and prices.
We could not have made a better choice than to stay at the Braeside - the service, warmth and professionalism we received from Catherine, Michael and Craig, their attention to detail, the wonderfully spacious and tastefully decorated bedrooms with Michael's artwork, and the "little extras" on view everywhere, made it a memorable vacation for all ten of us. The two houses with four bedrooms apiece suited us down to the ground, especially since one of the houses has a huge lounge where we could all get together and chat late into the night without disturbing anyone else. The breakfasts were superb (as attested by our bulging waistlines), and there was always at least one person close at hand for advice on sightseeing, recommended routes to avoid the numerous roadworks, or just to chat (we probably covered the range between politics, the Middle East crisis, and global warming!).
Catherine had also recommended Charly's Bakery to provide us with an excellent birthday cake, and she went as far as offering to collect it for us on the day while we were away celebrating - on our return we found everything ready for a delicious afternoon coffee-party. They had also recommended a very experienced guide, Riaan Vorster, who took some of our party on a hike on Table Mountain, and they could not have been in better hands.
Added to all that was the cost of the accommodation - what fantastic value for money!
The Braeside is certainly an establishment you can proudly represent in your collection. We can't wait to get back!
Best regards,
