The Sport of Kings, Polo is played in Plett from December - April annually, in what is known as the Kurland Polo Season, attracting a growing number of polo players and patrons from around the world each year.
The seasonal high point is undoubtedly the Kurland International Polo Test match between South Africa and England on 29th December - the height of the festive season between Christmas and New Year. As the event grows in popularity, more and more celebrities can be spotted at this glamorous affair.
