The reserve offers a unique and private experience where guests can relax in comfort and style. The original Blaauwbosch Lodge offers a contemporary take on traditional Colonial bush décor. The deep verandahs with open fireplaces are designed to celebrate the sweeping views of the Karoo plains. Quiet luxury is reflected in the spacious, air-conditioned thatched chalets with dressing rooms, full bathrooms, personal bathrobes, verandahs and mountain views. Kaai’s Camp, the owners’ new private camp, overlooks the valley from a viewing deck and boma which means one never has to leave the lodge to catch a glimpse of life from the surrounding bush. The raw colours of the Karoo landscape are visual in the spacious suites which are decorated with a fresh and laid-back romantic style. The Lodge is ideal for families or groups travelling together with its personalised chef and ranger caring for their every need. Both lodges offer an abundance of game, birdlife and rare flora on game drives with professional rangers and trackers.
