Excelsior Manor, in the heart of the Robertson Wine Valley, was built during the ostrich feather boom of the early 1900s. This tranquil 200-hectare wine and citrus farm was founded in 1859 and has been in the De Wet family for 5 generations.
The Manor, set amongst shady trees, fragrant roses and a rose labyrinth, offers stylish bedrooms.
Generous farm breakfasts and delicious dinners are served indoors or on the wooden deck overlooking the swimming pool, with sweeping views over the vineyards to the distant Langeberg mountains.
Enjoy fishing, lovely walks through the vineyards or to one of six nearby wine tasting venues.
