Located in a quiet upmarket residential area of Hermanus, 700 metres from the centre of the village, Hortensia Lodge is set in large grounds with beautiful gardens and sparkling swimming pool. The lodge offers peace and tranquillity, awake to birdsong each morning feeling relaxed and refreshed, and never disturbed by traffic noise. Indigenous shrubs, manicured lawns, and hortensias blooming in profusion (hydrangea hortensis) which are a delight to the senses and attract a variety of birds. Golf course, shops, restaurants and scenic cliff path along the ocean are all within 500 metres of the Lodge. Beaches and mountain trails are five minutes by car.

The Hortensia Lodge is a very good accommodation i Hermanus.
the owner rolf is very frendly.
he helped me when I asked him what can I do in Hermanus.
