Established 30 years ago, Motswari is one of the few original family-owned safari lodges and offers friendly, attentive service. Charming thatched, spacious rondavels are a reminder of early safari camps, spread out along the river bank, providing great comfort with luxury elements. Each is air-conditioned, has a verandah, some have an outdoor shower.

The convivial open-plan spacious lounge, sitting areas and decks are the heart of the Lodge and overlook a dam visited by hippo. Guests relax at the refreshing pool before enjoying a late lunch, and in the evenings tasty home style cuisine is served in the boma under a starlit night sky.

Motswari's Private Camp is ideal for groups or families travelling together with 5 air-conditioned rooms (sleeps 10 guests). Minimum booking is 3-Nights. Included in the rates are 2 game drives per day, optional daily guided safari walk, 3 meals per day. Chef, butler, guide and housekeeper.
