Directions to Get There :
Welgevonden Private Game Reserve, Limpopo Province
Directions from Johannesburg:
Follow the N1 north to Polokwane (Pietersburg). About 130km you will find the Kranskop Tollgate, pass through and keep left to follow the off-ramp to Nylstroom. Pass through Nylstroom 11km further, and a further 60km you will pass through Vaalwater. Continue toward Thabazimbi. 25km out of Vaalwater you will find the Main Gate to the Reserve, continue pass this for a further 22km. At this point you will find the Schoongeleegen turnoff. Turn left onto the dirt road and continue along this road for a further 17km past Manual Gate to the West Gate on your left hand side.
