Description |
Rochester Guest House is in the seaside suburb of West Beach, Blouberg. This spacious, tranquil Dutch style thatched house offers comfortable stylish rooms decorated with crisp linen and local art. Excellent service with delicious breakfasts served indoors or on the patio facing the historical Blaauwberg Hill. Walking distance to hairdresser, laundry, restaurants and an English pub. Easily accessible via the West Coast R27. Secure parking on the premises. Limited smoking. Transfers arranged. Children welcome. TGCSA 4-Star Guest House.

"I can describe our stay at Rochester Guest House: the accommodation was absolutely above our expectations. The rooms are kept very clean; well equipped and the overall treatment and reception we got was excellent and made us really feel like being at home. The environment is quiet and comfortable. All the famous kite/surf beaches are within a couple of minutes driving distance and easy accessible for the family to kite-surf. The breakfast was extremely good with fresh fruit and a daily choice between continental breakfast and English style breakfast, completed with orange juice, tea and/or coffee. We still miss the pampering in the morning now we’re back in Holland!!!! Providing no unforeseen circumstances come in our way we will visit the guesthouse again next Christmas and New Year.
