The Andros Boutique Hotel is a gracious Cape Dutch homestead, built in 1908 and designed by Sir Herbert Baker. Restored and updated, carefully preserving its old world charm, the house is set in large, mature parklike gardens in the heart of Upper Claremont, one of Cape Town’s beautiful Southern Suburbs. The Manor House is furnished in elegant and traditional style, complementing the original features of this beautiful graceful home. Unwind after a long day sight-seeing or playing a round of golf with a good book in the serene sun room or the quiet drawing room. Sip tempting cocktails or pre-dinner drinks in the Champagne Room adjacent to the restaurant, Dine, where superb food is served. Relax at the pool or work out in the well equipped gym and sauna. Be pampered in Bliss, the beauty salon, with a personalised treatment. The conference room has the latest equipment for small intimate meetings for 28 delegates. The four original bedrooms in the Manor House are classically decorated and have beautiful garden and mountain views. Set in the garden are eight new luxury bedrooms, each with its own verandah and a view over the lush garden. The Executive Suite has its own separate entrance and living area as well as private swimming pool. The Andros is the sister hotel to Rosenhof Country House in Oudtshoorn. TGCSA 5-Star Hotel.
