Description |
Camp Figtree is a secluded, private lodge set high on the stunning Zuurberg mountain range, adjacent to the Greater Addo Elephant National Park. The camp has 270-degree views over the surrounding verdant bush. Designed in the 1920s traditional Colonial style with corrugated iron roofing and wide, sweeping verandahs. The lounge and dining room are evocative of this romantic era, with large sash windows framing beautiful views. Each room has its own verandah and private view and two stylish new tents are perched on the hillside. Enjoy open vehicle safaris or guided horseback safaris into Addo Elephant Park, “Out of Africa” style picnics, bush walks and Elephant Back Safaris. TGCSA 4-Star Lodge.
