The Kingdom of Swaziland is a landlocked country in Southern Africa, bordered to the north, south and west by South Africa, and to the east by Mozambique, where the border is dominated by the Lebombo Mountains. It is a small country, just 200km in length and 130km in width, with mountainous regions to the west and a lowveld region to the east.
The nation and its people, are named after the 19th century king Mswati II. The population comprises primarily ethnic Swazis whose language is siSwati, with English as a second language.

Casino - Swaziland is well known for one particular casino, Pigg'a Peak. If you enjoy the odd one on one with a one armed bandit, or a game of roulette, you might want to pop in at Pigg's Peak.

Outfoor Adventure - from hiking in the mountains to white river rafting and adventure caving (Ezulwini), horse back riding and mountain biking, there is plenty for nature lovers to enjoy in Swaziland. Those who prefer more laid back activities can enjoy bird watching or trout fishing.

On the whole the climate is temperate although it can get very hot in summer, so plan accordingly.
NB: Parts of Swaziland are malaria areas so make sure you speak to your travel doctor well in advance so that you can take the required precautions.
