Alta Bay

High on the slopes of Table Mountain with beautiful views of Table Bay and the city, Alta Bay offers a hideaway in the centre of Cape Town.

Set on several levels in natural gardens, the Villa’s smartly designed interior combines the tranquillity of a relaxed setting with the cosmopolitan atmosphere of a city. Understated yet luxurious, spacious yet intimate, Alta Bay is designed in a contemporary style.

Bespoke furniture, suede curtains, muslin blinds and crisp white linen grace each room. Bedrooms are air-conditioned and include king-size beds, flat screen TV with integrated DVD/CD player, telephone and private safe.

All with modern marble bathrooms, some more compact with showers. Each opens onto a private, tranquil courtyard or deck.

Unwind at the pool or enjoy a drink on the terrace overlooking the bay. Complimentary bar drinks offered.

Breakfast is a leisurely affair, and Ariel and his team are on hand to suggest outings and day trips. Perhaps a trip up the nearby cable car to the top of Table Mountain, a day at the beach or visiting the winelands. The City Bowl and Waterfront are nearby and in the evenings there are many restaurants, bistros and cafés in the neighbourhood.
