In a tranquil setting on the shores of the beautiful Groenvlei Lake and bird sanctuary in the Goukamma Nature and Marine reserve, Lake Pleasant Living invites a relaxed luxury lifestyle.

Built on the edge of one of the few natural fresh water lakes in the southern hemisphere, spacious, well-appointed one and two-bedroomed Suites and free-standing Villas overlook the lake and landscaped garden, surrounded by natural splendour.

Tastefully decorated with original artwork, they include a select DSTV viewing bouquet whilst also having access to internet hotspots and a DVD library. Villas have private plunge pools and own garage. Suites and Villas have well-equipped kitchenettes, but guests are invited to savour mouth-watering wholesome meals in the Bistro on the Lake.

Inspired by surrounding elements, Spa on the Lake is a soothing retreat offering guests a range of body and beauty treatments, sauna and steam rooms, plus an indoor heated relaxation pool and gym.

The area offers bass fishing, boating, mountain biking and scenic walks through the reserve with pristine white beaches nearby. Ideally placed between Knysna and Sedgefield, Lake Pleasant Living is the perfect base from where to explore South Africa’s spectacular Garden Route.
