ABOUT Andreas Wine Estate and Luxury Accommodation

Escape to this calm and elegant retreat in the Bovlei Valley just outside Wellington.

Situated on the gorgeous Andreas Wine Estate, this picturesque and boutique bed & breakfast is a beautifully refurbished Cape Dutch manor house dating back to 1799 – a true labour of love. Every effort was made to retain the structural integrity of the home, with many of the original features remaining after being lovingly restored. Paired with stylish décor and modern furnishings, the result is a space that is charming, romantic and tranquil.

Four luxurious, en-suite bedrooms are found upstairs decorated in calming tones and each with sky-lights, allowing in plenty of natural light. There is also a free-standing bath and large walk-in shower, as well as air-conditioning to keep you cool when the temperature rises in the summer.

Three spacious lounge areas (one of which is upstairs and shared by all four rooms) provide the ideal spaces in which to unwind with a refreshment and snack, while the two large reception rooms have fireplaces that help create toasty havens during the winter months. Scrumptious breakfasts are served each morning, ensuring you get the day started right.

Serene, landscaped gardens complete with a shaded pool offer yet another space to take in the beauty and tranquility of the surrounds. Enjoy cellar tours and wine-tastings that can be pre-arranged, as well as hiking, vineyard walks, golf, cycling and many more activities in the area.

The estate is a dream location for everything from a yoga retreat, to a romantic getaway, family gathering or intimate wedding, and with a limited number of rooms, you can always expect attentive service and that personal touch, two essential ingredients for a pleasant stay.
