I love the spacious rooms and bathrooms, and everything is so neat and ordered. And after a long drive I really appreciated being able to dine in at Honeylocust’s restaurant. Convenience and comfort are the order of the day.

GUEST FEEDBACK

Wonderful experience
29 Dec 2016

"Honeylocust Guest House was a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and beautifully furnished with aircon which is a necessity in Colesberg in December. The dinner was delicious in true Karoo tradition, as well as the breakfast in the morning. This must be the best sleep over venue between Cape Town and Gauteng."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Honeylocust Lodge. The rooms were warm and inviting, considering we arrived there on a bitterly cold night. The food was exquisite - 5-star! The wine list was equally impressive. Friendly, attentive service from arrival to departure. Highly recommended."

"We found the accomodation excellent and that staff were helpful and friendly. For our return visit after 7 days we asked for soft pillows and it was done and we were impressed the staff remembered. One thing that might be helpful is the coordinates for the gps on the website. I thought my map was up to date but I did not have Le Roux street on my device!"

"Beautifully decorated, great location halfway between Joburg and the coast. Easy to find. They serve dinner which is great so once you arrive you don't have to go anywhere. Nice and quiet Karoo ranch style B&B."

"A very good set up. Comfortable room, friendly staff. Nice to be able to eat dinner without roaming around town, just what was needed on long trip through to Cape Town."
