Kariega Game Reserve is an internationally renowned malaria free ‘Big 5’ private game reserve situated near Port Elizabeth, thus forming a natural extension to Cape Town and the Garden Route. Family owned and managed, the gradual growth and development of the now expansive 10,000 hectare reserve is one of the most accomplished conservation projects in the Eastern Cape to date.

From Port Elizabeth
Take the N2 to Grahamstown and choose one of two alternative routes, namely the Coastal Route on the R72 via Alexandria to Kenton-on-Sea where you turn inland and proceed for 14 km on the R343, or proceed on the N2 towards Grahamstown for about 110 km turning to your right before reaching Grahamstown onto the tarred road (R343) to Salem and Kenton-on-Sea for a distance of 32 km.
The turn offs on both routes are well signposted.
