It is hard to pick a highlight here. The rooms are so comfortable, with enormous bathrooms, and the lounge/dining is the original church building, an amazing place to sit. Alan is a wealth of information on the area, and the keenest fly fisherman, and will take you out to try your hand.

ABOUT The Angler and Antelope Guest House

The Angler and Antelope Guesthouse is centrally situated in the town of Somerset East, which lies at the foot of the Boschberg Mountain. Here, Alan and Annabelle have lovingly restored the original Catholic Church and Presbytery and offer a unique experience.

The bedrooms are spacious, with exceptional en-suite bathrooms. A fully licensed bar is available with over 50 Malt Whiskeys to sample.

Somerset East offers a myriad of outdoor activities. The speciality of the Angler and Antelope is fly fishing, with in-house R.E.F.F.I.S. accredited fly fishing guide able to assist and a fully stocked fly fishing shop on the premises.
