The Port Wine Guest House is a charming 1830 thatched homestead which overlooks vineyards and rolling hills, and offers a warm welcome. Set in the village of Calitzdorp in the Western Cape, it forms part of the old world architecture lining the quaint country streets. Cottage style bedrooms have air-conditioning with fireplaces in the lounge and dining room. Coming into Calitzdorp from Oudtshoorn, turn left in Van Riebeeck Road, next to the big church, and drive straight into Queen Street, we are Nr 7 Queen Street, house on the left. Clearly marked with signs as well. Opposite the Boplaas Winery.
Coming in from Ladismith, turn right at the big church and carry on as above.
