Cape, Garden Route & Safari - 13 days

This is one of our most popular self-drive itineraries in South Africa and a great introduction to the country. It combines Cape Town with the winelands and the ever-popular Garden Route, ending with the opportunity for a safari in the Eastern Cape. The self-driving distances are reasonable, the food is excellent, the scenery spectacular & the adventures exciting. This is a great itinerary for families, with plenty of child-friendly activities along the route, the biggest highlight being the malaria-free Safari in the Eastern Cape.
