Wines from Blaauwklippen have been carefully selected to accompany the sumptuous dinners, created by Chef Darren Stewart, who serves world cuisine with an African twist.
Seafood is sourced locally wherever possible, and traditional South African favourites also feature on the menu.
The wine pairing dinners at Saffron restaurant on 24 and 25 August 2012 are priced at R250 per person.
